In-Clinic Appointments

All services are customized therapeutic and offer a unique blend of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques – combined with optional heated elements, cupping, and aromatherapy.

We never charge for add-ons. Hot stones, aromatherapy, hot towels, cupping- it’s all included, and utilized if it will help us reach your goals!

Mama Bear Massage

Mama Bear Massage (prenatal/postpartum) 45/60/90-minute sessions

This is our signature! We provide specialized, advanced-level massage therapy for pregnant and postpartum mamas! Sessions include 30-minute consultation, body cushion (so mama can lay face down, in most cases), hot towels, hot stones, and aromatherapy per request.

Baby Bear Massage

Baby Bear Massage (infant/pediatric, with live tutorial for parent(s)) 15/30/45-minute sessions

Join the Cub Club! We love working with babies, and teaching parents how to continue the massaging at home! The benefits are sky-high for baby, and mom as well. A few common ones- improved sleep, improved digestion/GI function, increased immunity, increased sensory response and development, decreased depression/anxiety (for mom too!)

Papa Bear Massage

Non-Natal Massage (customized therapeutic) 45/60/90-minute sessions

This one’s for the Papa Bears and non-preggos out there! If you’re a mama who’s past her postpartum phase and ready to transition back to general wellness/therapeutic care, this is the choice for you!

Private Partner Massage Class

Private Partner Massage Class (learn to massage your partner!) 2-hour session

Teaching is our greatest joy, and sharing knowledge and skills-building to empower families is our mission! We can teach you and your partner during pregnancy, after, or really at any point in your journey. These classes are always customized around your goals, and utilize the Perfect Partner Massage ™ FUNdamentals.

We offer comprehensive training and continuing education for all our therapists to ensure they consistently meet our high standards of quality and expertise.
